El trato del personal fue excelente. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Buena ubicación si quieres desconectarte de la rutina.y aún así cerca del Centro (7 min aprox)

Beautiful property, sheets were always dirty getting clean towels seemed to always be an issue as well Jas having hot water in the room or water overall. Far from downtown, you have to get a cab leading to an over priced price.

Me fue fatal en ese hotel los empleados estaban bañando en la alberca yo no pude hacer uso de la alberca el inodoro se estaba despegando, de igual manera yo hice mi pago el establecimiento luego resulta que se traspapelo Me querían cobrar doble , no me dieron el desayuno prometido fue horrible de verdad !

Terrible experiencia, concepto con potencial pero muy descuidado, habitación bastante sucia, baño olía, horrible y el piso de la regadera sucio se notaba que no se habia lavado en bastante tiempo, el lavamanos estaba oxidado de la parte de arriba por donde se va el agua y llaves sucias, almohadas sucias sabanas sucias, areas comunes sucias tambien y para rematar se le comento a la persona de recepción (trnia la musica de regueton a todo volumen) de la situación de suciedad de la habitación y no le importo y mostro mala actitud. Entregue la llave y nos retiramos despues del check-in sin quedarnos en el mismo en el hotel y nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel. ¡Nada recomendable!

No se queden acá, muy lejos del centro, las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y el desayuno no es nada. Cero recomendable, no hay ningún esfuerzo por mejorar el hotel La gente de la recepción si fue amable

Fair hotel for the price to spend the night as you travel from one place to the other or if you are planning to take tours for the whole day. Lots of rules for everything, even bed sheets. They ask you to sign a document and charge 80 usd for dirty linens. Breakfast is modest but ok.

Located a bit out of town but taxis cheap and they will happily call one for you when needed. Rooms quite small but ok for one. Very comfortable bed. Shower pressure a bit weak. Staff lovely and very helpful. Good WiFi. Also lovely pool. Could do with more basics like glasses and fridge in room as nothing available to buy on site. Also could do with soundproofing rooms as can hear everything. Overall a good stay so comments meant to be constructive.

We enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. It was clean and safe, and the water was hot. The clerk who checked us in, Carlos, was super friendly and helped us book a trip to the lagoon (which is not to be missed). We would stay there again and look forward to our return to the area.
