The room was beautiful and large. The Thai massage I had at thier spa was exceptional. The gym was small but had what I needed. Location was perfect. My favorite part was the aesthetics of the property - very thoughtful and beautiful

"Right in the middle but without the noise."

The room was very well designed and very large by standards. Really comfy bed and good aircon. Breakfast was great. I ate eggs Benedict both days.

"Spoilt by the receptionist"

Nice rooms and restaurant and drinks good.

Staff on arrival very rude and never smiled. As there were some Thais with us they seemed to look down on the party. Also, when booked we asked for a cot as we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. This was stipulated in the booking but we were charged and extra 800 Baht for one of the children. When I queried this the girl on the front desk said this was policy. I asked to see the manager and was told that he would give the same answer. He never showed up. Shame as the hotel is nice but the front desk receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever come across at a hotel.

Beautiful hotel, stunning architecture, lovely pool area, fantastic food, wonderful staff. Very well priced. Loved it here - we returned 3 times.
