The Chiang Mai Old Town

Super aufmerksames Personal,welches in allen Notlagen hilft. Wir haben sogar einen Rollstuhl gestellt bekommen.

Staff were very responsive and polite. Jimmy made me excellent coffee every morning.

Breakfasts were very mediocre - could definitely be improved. Also property feels a bit dated. And not withing easy walking to spas, night markets etc

The room was huge and tastefully done up. There was free laundry of 4 items per stay. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast selection was v good.

The location though in the Old Town was still a bit far from the heart of where the action was. You would need to walk about 20 mins to get to where the streets are more bustling and where the night markets are.

Staff excellent, flexible with requests and polite. Room was large and exactly as pics. Gym was 24 hours, although only 5 machines (none for arms). Free soft drinks and snacks at reception, which is a nice touch.

Pillows were huge and not comfortable, had to ask for smaller pillows on day 2, these should be offered/available in the room. Breakfast started at 7am, which is late compared to many hotels in the area, that said really liked the staff who were flexible to allow me to grab smth before heading off for an early flight. $100 cash or 1 month wait to return to your credit card on checkin, seemed excessive.

The great small hotel in the old town in Chiang Mai. Majority of city attractions are walikng distance from the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is modern, spacious. There are a lot of options for the breakfast, and coffee is really good. All the staff members are very kind and try to help you with everything. There is a decent size pool with sunbeds. Gym us on a smaller side, with 5 cardio machines, and almost no space for anything else. In the bar they serve really good cocktails and mocktails.
