OMG. Stunning room. Fabulous decor. Gorgeous balcony - and the view!! Every single detail was outstanding - from the soaps and body lotion to prosecco in the fridge. Lovely welcome and service from wonderful Maria Rosaria.

The room was amazing - spacious, clean, quiet and had the cutest garden attached to it. We were able to walk to restaurants, and we also did the Path of the Gods so it was nice to have everything very walkable. RosMery was amazing and allowed us to checkin early because our boat tour for the day got cancelled and she was in constant communication via WhatsApp.

Parking was on the expensive side of $40/day and instead of valet pickup at the hotel, we drove it to the garage which was like 4 minutes away. It was not a big deal overall, but it was inconvenient having to carry our luggage down the stairs and I can see that older people may not want to do that.

"Mary the staff member was superb, but a poorly working air conditioner really ruined our experience."

Mary the staff member who looked after us was incredible and so helpful, and great with communication. Location was good, on the quieter side of town but we liked it. Bathroom was good.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room was barely working and the room was so hot that we could barely sleep for the three nights that we stayed. We asked several times for it to be looked at or for a fan to be brought in but it didn't really improve. The outdoor area was also not very picturesque and we had to eat breakfast in our room which wasn't ideal.
