Friendly and professional staff.

The staff were welcoming and kind - I felt at ease right away. Dinner was delicious! Really comfy, clean and quiet room with everything I needed, even a spare charge in the cupboard. The free chocolate bars were a nice touch!

There was a loud noise intermittently when the water is running, not sure if it’s some kind of heater or something - probably can’t be helped but not very relaxing. Dinner menu in the room would be handy so I could take a peak before going downstairs.

Heating was not working the first night. Complimentary breakfast next morning but it was VERY cold.

Le personnel était très sympathique et l’endroit est complètement magnifique. La nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse, tant au déjeuner qu’au souper.

Comme l’endroit date des années 1800, la chambre n’était pas isolée pour le bruit, donc nous nous sommes faits réveiller par les voitures qui passaient. Le soleil tapant fort a aussi rendu la chambre très chaude.
