Accoglienza e posto molto bello immersi nella natura Personale molto accogliente disponibile

il Bagno adiacente alla camera privo di riscaldamento, per non parlare privo di bidè (già mi dà fastidio all'estero...in Italia non si può non avere il bidè in bagno) Per entrare in bagno bisogna uscire dalla camera Vi è un antibagno non riscaldato immaginate in pieno inverno (camera da letto sufficientemente calda tra l'altro molto rumoroso il condizionatore) acqua calda non sufficiente per due docce... terribile!! peccato 😞 veramente almeno i servizi essenziali, letto non proprio comodissimo (serve un topper ) Insomma bisogna migliorare un tantino sui servizi essenziali

Le personnel au petit soin et hyper flexible. De Roberto qui nous a accueilli et a tout fait pour nous être agréable et serviable, aux équipes en cuisine qui nous ont régalé chaque jour, jusqu'au équipes de ménage qui tous les jours nettoyaient la chambre et veillaient à notre confort

Excellent food

Beautiful, very quiet rural location. Wonderful panoramic views. Very friendly staff (several family members). Delicious local food - breakfast and dinner. Accessible by hire car or possibly taxi from nearby small town, Palazzolo Acreide. From here, we visited various places of interest including Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa and Roman villa at Piazza Armerina.

Driving rural, winding lanes at night was not much fun - we were very happy to eat dinner at Giannavi especially as the food and wine was delicious with friendly service. Working farm so rooms are rustic but both comfortable and clean.

Ligging

Slechte nachtrust door blaffende honden vlakbij de kamers die volgens uirbater zwerfhonden waren... Daardoor ook nog een vervelend incident, waarop de uitbater uiteindelijk naar bestvermogen heeft gereageerd.

Mooie ligging.

Aanwezigheid van zwerfhonden op het terrein. Maakten 's nachts veel lawaai en beschadigden schoenen die heel eventjes buiten stonden te drogen. Geen venster in onze kamer. Enkel een deur die we 's nachts moesten openzetten voor verluchting, wat een onveilig gevoel gaf, zeker gezien de aanwezigheid van de zwerfhonden

L'ospitalità dei ragazzi che gestiscono l'azienda è stata stupenda, Ottima la cena ricca di prodotti locali, fantastica la colazione.
