CLLIX Australia 108 Apartments

Great location in Southbank. Easy access to resteraunts, bars and CBD. Had a great view of south side towards shrine and Melbourne Park from 26th floor.

Double bed, so much smaller than the reqular queen or king in most hotels. No access to buildings amenities. Would of been nice even to go to the 70th floor where i believe there is a viewing area of the city? Only 1 set of keys, which can be annoying when 2 or more staying to be independent.

They have no access to facilities and the staff was rude

Internet WiFi did not work. Reported as soon as arrived but was not fixed. WiFi was very important to us so very disappointing. Owner sent very complicated instructions which did not fix issue. No further help offered. Carpets badly stained.

Everything such a nice building with great views and very clean throughout and helpful staff members

Central, quiet, modern

Air con was poor and despite messaging booking.com for someone to check it out x3, no one did. Reception said they couldn’t help. Also toilet overflow very slow to fill and noise kept us awake- again no one came to resolve. Have stayed in other apartments in this block nicer- would not go back to this one. Several make up stains on bedroom carpet too, and not enough toilet rolls or washing facilities for our length of stay- again other apartments in block cater for length of stay.
