Shower was leaking, aircon wasn’t working we were told you couldn’t use the twinfinity pool but you actually can if you go to the inductions they have which run during the week. Terrible to deal with no help at all when messaging the whole weekend was 2 very hot nights with no relief and no help

Good view, rooms were clean.

Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a pretty poor experience with something that should be basic for any accommodation. There was no working internet in the room on arrival, and instead of it being resolved by staff, I was asked to troubleshoot the setup myself and even contact the ISP. I ended up fixing part of the issue (cabling had been interfered with), but the connection still required PPPoE setup with account details that only the hotel would have access to. I raised this multiple times during and after the stay and asked about possible compensation, but unfortunately didn’t receive any follow-up.

The location’s so great and I can beautiful view in level 51.

Staff, they know WiFi this room didn’t work and ignore my request. I sent request to fix WiFi on Wednesday 11 of March, on one didn’t respond to me until I checked out Friday.

Great location , room sizes ok but nothing special .

Basic furnature for the price paid.
