Close proximity to the river and what it has to offer. Gayan and Kiki the girls in the office went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay comfortable.

Not able to use pool or gym.

Location and the room

I had not received any details for the late check in and no one was picking the number given to me to call after hours even after trying multiple times. I had to ring the customer care number to get the mail box number to pick the keys. It was very difficult as i had kids with me.
