AYZ Juan de Mena - Auto check-in property

Puedo entender que el lugar no esté en óptimas condiciones si es muy económico pero jamás había estado en un lugar tan sucio. Sin nombrar, las complicaciones del check in digital… No me gusta poner malos comentarios pero este realmente lo merece, casi mejor dormir en la calle.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, el acceso independiente es un poco confuso, pero cuando logras descifrar como entrar es muy fácil. Nuestra habitación era la doble de luxe con baño privado, pero el baño olía mal, salía olores del lavamanos constantemente. El colchón no dejaba descansar bien y las almohadas eran muy incómodas. La alfombra de la habitación daba la sensación de estar muy sucia. No tiene iluminación natural suficiente.

Buena ubicacion

I don’t usually leave feedbacks, though this one i had to, for future users. Their door opening system was pretty cool and thats the only cool thing about this hotel. Bed was so uncomfortable that my back started to ache after 30 minutes of laying down. I tried to lay on the foot of the bed, or different side of the bed, but didn’t work. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Room smells like old dust. And the room it self was built half underground, that you can hear people walking by all night, like in the movie ‘Parasite’. And no Air conditioner in this hat city. Worst of all the hotel i stayed. Don’t be tricked by the pictures .

The location was great and the room was quiet. Not a window even though Pictures show a window. Basement unit with sewer smell. Mold in the bathroom.

I don’t like the way the work

Para pasar 1 noche está bien, cama cómoda aunque las almohadas un poco duras y muy altas. La habitación necesita un mantenimiento. Pequeños desconchones y suciedad en paredes, armario sucio, humedad en el techo y pequeñas grietas. El baño huele un poco a humedad. Si te fijas en la foto donde señala la entrada, es fácil encontrarla. Checkin y chekout bien. Zona tranquila y silenciosa.

I'm giving poor rate because I never find the hotel. I arrived around 12:30 am to the address indicated in the website I was surprised , no sign nothing that indicated the existence of this hotel. I asked to different police officers and none of them had idea about this hotel. I called a phone number on the website and they never responded. I have to walk with my wife around puerta del Sol to see where we could spend the night. Fortunately we found a hostal. I complained with Expedia and they processed a refund.

I was locked out of the building for two hours with two other customers with no way to get in. We called and were ignored
