Bon emplacement pour visiter la Fortuna, malgré une route un peu difficile d’accès pour une petite voiture. Localisation du logement en pleine nature très appréciable. Logement grand et spacieux mais vieillot, spartiate et peu lumineux

Beautiful property, nice rooms, and kind staff! Definitely recommend it and would come back again! It is a cabin, so you'll have some bugs / etc. in the room.

Was great except no hot water and bathroom facilities in poor shape but ok for the price

Pros: great coffee! It was in the jungle with beautiful hikes. Great bird watching. The waterfall is beautiful. William, the manager, is lovely and very concerned about the protection of wild life and the eco system. Cons : mold on the cushions on my patio; we weren’t informed that breakfast was not included until the end of our stay (breakfast mediocre) ; Baldi spa was recommended and it was nice but don’t get the buffet dinner—pay for just the spa and have dinner at one of the good restaurants (snappers for seafood) in town; apparently there is hot water but it was not explained to us until the end of the trip when we inquired about it—a placard in the room would have been helpful. The place overall is a bit run down, rustic and remote but the jungle environment made it worth it.

This hotel is pure magic. We landed here by accident when other places were full, and we could have spent our entire vacation here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful, and the views and overall feeling of the place is peaceful and just so unique. Our kids loved the guided hike and the food was delicious. What more could you ask for!

What a great find!!! I was hesitant about the thought of staying in a cabin, but I’m so glad I did! William and Luis were amazing hosts, breakfast and dinner cooked by them was amazing! And the nature walk…….do the nature walk, you will not be disappointed! Even my teens all agreed it was well worth it. We will defn be back!

The hotel itself was beautiful, kind of cabana style. The price was affordable. Our cabin had a broken window and i called the manager to see if he could move us to another room bc i was scared of snakes coming in... he was very rude, he told me that for the price i had paid he can't do that... I was very upset, i asked him if at least he can fix it, he answered that he was not at the place at that time but he was gonna try to send someone and hang up... later someone came and put a bag on the Window to cover the half broken window. I forgot to mention that we were the only people at the hotel, that the rest of the cabins were empty!! We Did not use the pool as it was dirty and all their 3 dogs were swimming in there... So the place was beautiful, but not well maintained, kind of abandoned and the service was awful.

Hotel and rooms need a renew

It was wonderfully relaxing and the breakfast was delicious.
