Rua Beach Resort Sumba

Une seule nuit mais nous avons bien profité : repas, piscine, la grande salle est très sympa. Le bungalow montre qq signe de fatigue (notre porte ne fermait pas sans la fermer à clef) mais le confort y est et la nuit était très bonne! J’ai demandé pour un massage, cela a été un peu improvisé pour la logistique mais le massage a juste été génial! Les enfants ont aussi adoré l’endroit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Sumba. The style of the place is beautiful. Relaxed but thoughtfully designed, with lots of nice details. The garden is spacious and green, and the pool area is great for just switching off for a while. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom that had good hot water. Simple things, but they really make a difference. We stayed for 7 nights and had plenty of time to try different dishes from the restaurant. Not only was the range of food good, but everything we had was genuinely tasty. The big sofa in the restaurant was also a nice touch, great for catching up on some work in a calm and comfortable setting. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing break. The local staff were friendly and always tried to help where they could, without being over the top. We also met the owner, who was generous with local tips and recommendations, which made exploring the area even better. Considering the atmosphere, the quality, and the service, the price was very fair – especially compared to other options in the area. Definitely a place we’d be happy to come back to.
