The rooms are spacious and with a lot of natural light.

No cleaning items like mop to clean the rooms while there. The WIFI only allowing you to access social media sites but you can't access emails using it.

Great Ambience, the green environment, quiet, and security were tight. All the staff were nice, including the cleaners and the guy who used to wash our car. Boaz's customer service at the reception was exceptional, and Macy (the lady that used to wash & iron our clothes). The place has many exits to all corners of Kampala & it's not affected by traffic jam as compared to other areas of the city.

The facility is good but needs renovation. It looks too old. Furniture & toilet fixtures can be changed as well. As a Muslim family, we hated the fact that toilets didn't have a shut-off hose. Using water bottles doesn't work anymore in this modern world.
