They are just not taking care of those units - no effort to make the inside look great, no bedsheets for me, just the cover, no decor, no plates, no cups, no. Sad that such excellent flats are not being put to good use

I’d suggest the kitchen and bathrooms be improved or modernized abit.

The location was very convenient and accessible. The security was good There were not mosquitoes

The veranda was dusty, we couldn't sit on the balcony to enjoy fresh air The compound was unbelievably bushy TV was not working properly- international media channels kept freezing Internet connection was limited to only one User

It was not far from the main road.

It was very dirty. The furniture was old and there were too many small insects. If you cook or leave food open, you will find it full of small insects. The mattress was old and dirty, with lots of spots that could be urine or blood. There were bug bites everywhere. The receptionist and gate man were very rude, telling me to open the gate while they were busy watching TikTok. The whole compound was full of grass and some insects, which are not up to my standards and are very dirty.

Location is good if you like sports golf course is good.

Customer service is very poor, unclean environment, poor facilities in and outside the apartment. On our first day we were told chef wasn’t available because he/she was on holiday.

Room wasn't ready. After traveling that long. Had to seat in reception while they cleaned the room

Cleaning very poor. Customer service poor. I wouldn't go back. My friend gave me a car to use the clamped it and wouldn't unclamp till the manager was around.. Photosof me cleaningnthe floors after they had cleaned. Oh i was also told off by the cleaner that i reported her.

great location stayed in a one bedroom apartment very quite location within easy reach of Kampala nice swimming pool

as this is a self catering apartment kitchen a little outdated cutlery crockery ok but only two saucepans one of which had been burnt and needs replacing
