The hygiene of the entire place is wanting. They don't clean on a, daily. Even the compound tells, it all. The place is, surprising not cleaned as, expected

I liked the position by one of the greenest areas in Kamapala

The lack of a restaurant inside the area and the bad management of emergencies

We arrived 2 days earlier than the booking due to a personal error in booking, we meant to stay for Jan 17-20. Upon arrival the receptionist was able to accommodate us, but told me not to cancel the original booking of Jan 19-24. After 2 nights I asked to change the booking, requesting to only stay for one more night and the receptionist refused to help me cancel the original booking, stating that is was non refundable and that we would have to pay the entire amount if we wanted to cancel. He was very rude and not helpful at all. After being forced to pay for and stay for the remainder of the booking from Jan 19-24, we were very upset with the situation and the lack of services. On arrival the fridge smelled of rotten fish and we cleaned it ourselves. Housekeeping did not come to replenish fresh towels or sheets, even after calling reception to specifically request this. When we finally were able to track down someone to help us, the sheets we were given had stains on them. Just the lack of adequate services was appalling, especially after paying for a week of accommodation against my will, I would have expected and appreciated a modicum of hospitality... there is none here. We were given one roll of toilet paper and one small bottle of water for two people for 6 nights stay. When we called for Housekeeping and for more water our requests fell on deaf ears. Horrible service! I do not recommend this place.

The thing I liked most about the property was leaving the property.

PLZ DO NOT STAY HERE ! We had to spend 2 days in the hospital because of this poorly managed hotel.(see below) I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but for this I don’t want others to have a bad experience like I have. This place was terrible from the moment I stepped on the property til the moment I left. The lady at the front desk seemed fed up with her job and had an annoyed attitude to check me in. The place is beyond DIRTY! Our bed sheets were heavily stained, the house wasn’t swept. Everything was old, heavily used and marked up. There was a garbage can FULL to the brim in the kitchen with rotting and moldy food in it that looked like it’s been there for weeks. I felt GROSS walking around here and sleeping here. The water that came from the faucet/bath was yellow and made all of us (4 people) to have itchy skin. (See photos) The shower sprays water EVERYWHERE leaving the bathroom a wet mess. We were 4 people and they only provide 1 towel. DO NOT SWIM IN THE POOL. The tiles are extremely slippery and cracked with EXTEMELY sharp edges which sliced my friends leg open so badly that we had to rush to the hospital. It cut his foot into the tendon. Management did NOTHING about it saying it was our own risk swimming there. They didn’t offer ANY compensation for the hospital bill or do ANYTHING about this very stressful situation. This caused us days worth of headaches and management couldn’t care any less. There are soo many amazing hotels for the same price in Kampala. Do yourself a favor and look for other places. This place is an absolute FLOP and doesn’t care about their guests.

Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.
