Nice staff. Helpfully friendly.. Room was fine and great location nearby the highlights of the city. Rent a bicycle or motorbike and see for yourself

Small family home turned homestay facility. Clean room, clean toilet, big bed & big room. Free 2 bottles of water.

Owners / staff although friendly, were seldom seen after check-in. Towels not changed, room not cleaned & toiletries not replenished.

Beautiful property in a perfect location only a short walk away from all of Ayutthaya's famous sights. The staff were lovely and would go above and beyond to help and were full of useful recommendations :)

pretty close to the main area of temples (10 minute walk). comfy bed.

I cut my stay by one day, but was not offered any reduction in fee. Wi-Fi was hopeless. I had to climb over the wall to leave as the gate was locked!

No phone contact with reception. Have to walk down from upstairs to another building to make queries. Can be better ...as location is good.

The host was very warm and helpful. And despite I had a few personal episodes during my stay non-related to the property, she was very gracious in helping me with them. The bed was really comfortable. Awesome location as well.

The facilities were a little old; shower and tap pressure are quite weak.

The staffs are so nice, friendly and helpful and the location of the hostel is amazing too

- the wall is so thin that you can hear everything and i mean EVERYTHING from your next door neighbors - Even when people are walking we can hear that clearly

Room was very simple, in a wood house. It was big enough though and the bed was confortable too, not too hard. The owner organised everything for us, from a nice boat tour on the sunset to scooter rentals and advice on which temples to visit. Breakfast was ok, you can choose from a small menu and it is freshly made. Good location, easy to walk around and find food. Night market nearby was really cool too!

Nothing outstanding but also nothing bad to say !
