IELoved the location, close enough to the centre, and yet far enough to feel relaxed in the evening. Staff were so helpful, and the hospitality was friendly,kind, and endearing. Definitely recommend Anna Gale ☺️

GBI stayed here for 4 nights and it felt like a little haven, down a quiet local street away from the busy streets of Ubud. I was there to do yoga at Yoga Barn and it was the perfect location, just a 2 min walk. The room was spacious with a lovely outdoor seating area and the family were very welcoming. A home from home and exactly what a homestay should be!

GUThe service is as super. They responded immediately to requests. We felt very very safe and comfortable. The room is simple but very clean and enough space. Very adorable little seating place outside with a beautiful area with plants and flowers. Quiet and peaceful.
I can’t think of anything that I did not like. There is no TV which for some may be an issue but for us it was quiet and nice without it.

MYThis place is quite beautiful, but the routes are very narrow. The homestay compound is a bit dirty, and dogs are everywhere in the homestay area. The owner manages to take care of the dogs. With the prices you can find somewhere else i guess?
ZAThe room was basic but nice and clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower had been redone and were nice. I had the one room which didn’t have such a nice patio/balcony like the others, but it didn’t really matter because I wasn’t there too much over my 2 day stay. The staff and other residents on the property were very friendly. Walking distance to yoga barn which is why I chose the location.
There was only one toilet roll and no hand towel, but once I requested them, the staff brought them for me. Note that the property is on a very small road that cars cannot fit on, only bikes, so keep that in mind if you have large, heavy luggage. My luggage was big but the staff kindly helped me from the Guesthouse to the Homestay. Also note that Google Maps doesn’t take you to the correct spot because of the small inaccessible road. Rather put in Bulan Bali Guesthouse, as you will have to walk from there anyway.
