GBThe family was lovely, they were kind and always ready to help yet hey would stay away from you business (which is a hard balance to strike:) ) , the girl who was responsible for cleaning and making our breakfast was very sweet, the room is spacious and the veranda was great , we had plenty of space and the overall cleanliness was best we have seen in Bali for that price range. We have selected the property for its proximity to yoga barn , it is perfe t to walk there. Here we also rented a motorbike for the most affordable price in Bali. Its close enough to a lot of things like supermarkets and other shops yet far enough from bust road. Overall will definitely come again.
It is a homestay , meaning there are animal noises from early morning, take earplugs.

AEExcellent location if you want to be less than 5 min walk to yoga barn through quieter street. So easy. Huge room really nice family and you got everything you need working. Don’t expect 5 stars but you get really great value for what you are paying.

there was a cockroach in the bathroom on Thursday, i bought baygon and killed it, but it was never clean. on Saturday evening there was no water at all in the bathroom. the bin is rusty and broken. the wall is moldy and peeling badly near the entrance door. toilet seat and cover is wobbly. shower spraying water everywhere and not adjustable.

ITStaff is incredibly nice and friendly, the location is perfect, near to Ubud center but far enough from the main road and it's really peaceful. Delicious breakfast for a cheap price. Highly recommended
