The location was fine

I locked my door and someone opened it twice once when I was showering I got out of the bathroom and my door was wide open even though I locked it.

Nothing not to like other than what I said below about the sound transmission through the walls at night. I would suggest not to say that breakfast is included, and instead specifically say what breakfast items are available 24 hours. --- Because most people think of breakfast as at least eggs and rolls or toast etc.

The walls of this house are not well insulated against sound transmission so you can hear the muffled voices of the people on the other side of the wall. How bad a problem that is depends on the individual and how loud the voices are. It wasn't a big deal but I guess it could have been a bigger problem than it was. I would suggest posting a sign asking guests to keep voice levels down after 8 pm.

It was very clean and spacious room.

It was very noisy, near the freeway. Not much of a breakfast it's just 1 sugary cereal and 1 sugary oatmeal. Coffee is not enough for all the guests. By the time we got up, it was gone. 1 tiny habd towel for 2 people. The bed was not comfortable at all.
