Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo

I left after one night, this house should not be listed as a hotel. It should be clear that the bathroom is not private. I felt cheated and was very unhappy. The owner texted me the code about 3:00 and there was a key to my room in the house on the nightstand. Check in was ok.

No Kleenex. Noisy people downstairs.

Description of the property said nothing at all about (a) two flights of stairs that you had to negotiate to get up to the room and (b) you had to share the bathroom with another couple!!! My wife is an invalid and could not do stairs so we left and found a standard motel nearby that had elevators and a private bathroom. When I tried to get a refund, the manager still charged us for one night's stay even though we never stayed there. Cheap shot!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. We really loved the concept of the shared kitchen and living area. The whole house and rooms are as spacious as the description says.

We were in town for a speaking assignment and decided to come a few days early to see family. The room was just wonderful! Easy access on and off freeway. We felt comfortable and safe. Will definitely stay again when visiting family! Our new go to place!!

Location was ideal due to the fact that I didn’t have transportation. Walking distance to Walmart was a plus.

It was good location never stayed in a place like this b4 but ya would definitely do it again if needed or presents itself again.

Great place to stay for a few nights. We were in room 15 and it was definitely spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. We had an initial issue with checkin and it was resolved before we arrived. The common area was nice and we rarely saw any other guests. We found it convenient to have a full size kitchen and refrigerator available. I would definitely stay there again.

Checkin was fine, Ron sent us a text with the necessary information. I would suggest an email be also sent for those foreign visitors who may not have a US calling plan. The room was as expected, very clean, modern, the bed was good and the room has a couch which was nice. Room 15 was very quiet. Upon checkin we discovered we were missing a bath towel and the smoke detector battery was low so it chirped. Ron quickly sent someone to rectify the problem. I would suggest a hand towel be included per person for convenience rather than just a face cloth and bath towel. We did not receive a bar of soap but that was no big deal because we had our own. There was not one inside the towels as indicated in previous review responses. Overall this was a very nice place to stay and we have no complaints although the “breakfast” would be better left unmentioned in the description because it is just cold fruit loop type cereal. Morning muffins would be a nice touch. Suffice it to say don’t expect to have breakfast here and then you won’t be disappointed. We would gladly return again and it is very good value. Thanks Ron for a great stay. We will be back if we’re passing through again.
