Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo

This was a shock to discover that we were sharing a bathroom with other guests (unless, perhaps your room was what would have been considered as the master bedroom en-suite in the house). This is a huge house which has been converted into what feels more like a hostel than an Air B&B. We are a senior couple who have travelled extensively, so my reviews always come with much experience. We had to lug our luggage up to the second floor, which was difficult, the “breakfast” was FruitLoops and cheap orange juice, and we discovered later in the evening that there is a camera in the kitchen and open area ( i.e. the converted living room). It is a beautiful house, but honestly, more upfront information about this place would have been respectful. We are not young people who don’t mind hostels and shared living spaces-this was a no-no for us.

When I pulled up there was a man sitting on the front step smoking who knew zero English. I am a single woman and this made me super uncomfortable. I actually drove away and parked for awhile because I was nervous. Eventually I checked in, easy and clear instructions for check in. I didn’t fully understand there would be other strangers staying in the condo as well and it was a shared bathroom. After all, it was a nice comfortable bed and super clean. It felt like an apartment rather than a hotel which was nice. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger TV, the tv is super small. I would consider staying here again.

Nothing!! Warning... This is one hot tiny bedroom with a shared bathroom... I didn't see the bathroom because someone was in there and we couldn't get in... (Very bad after a long drive) ... We didn't end up staying here. So total waste of money!!!

Everything is good. I just wish they have ahair dryer handy in the bathroom.

The room we stayed in could have used shelving in the bathroom for cosmetics and such. As far as the actual room, we left in the morning and returned in the evening so it didn't really matter. A coffee table or side tables would have been nice for beverages while watching TV at the end of the day. We had to leave a day early and I was not able to change the reservation, nor was there a refund for that night. Never experienced that with any of our past Orbitz bookings. Overall it was a nice stay.

It was a great purchase. Less expensive than a hotel and much nicer. My only complaint was having to remove my shoes every time I went inside. It became a nuisance. I would recommend they drop that requirement.

Great place easy process, host sorts access out early so you do not get in stress. Looks perfect for longer stays.

First time user. I was solo. I was there for 4 days. Check-in was easy after the manager contacted me by text. The room was simple and clean. The room is different from a hotel/motel room. I had two towels and one wash cloth. Bathroom was very small, so I did not have room to put my toiletries anywhere. The bathroom fan came on everytime you turned the bathroom light and that was annoying. The breakfast was cold cereal or oatmeal packet. You can use the full size kitchen but of course the refrigerator is communal. You had to take your shoes off when you enter the house, not a complaints to an FYI.
