"Fantastic hotel and staff"

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff was outstanding, communicative and accommodating. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms.

Honestly everything was wonderful. No complaints.

"Really different, interesting, luxurious hotel"

Great location, the neighbourhood felt very safe and is beautiful, a lovely place to walk through. The staff are really exceptional, so helpful with everything. The hotel itself is quirky and unique but luxurious too. The art is fabulous and the drinks at the cool rooftop bar are exceptional.

Breakfast was ok, not quite as elevated as the rest of the experience.

Hay muy poca luz en nuestra habitación lo que dificulto algo la estancia. El espejo en el baño - muy muy poco iluminado.

Design room for breakfast was nice

1) room was super small 2) using the cabinet for clothes - was super uncomfortable, becouse the rooms so small and bed literally didn’t give us use cabinet proper

From the moment we stepped on the property the staff made us feel as if we were home. They all were so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were second to none. The vibe was definitely cool and the location was walkable to many places. Highly recommend Pug Seal

"Excellent choice for our jazz tour group."

Overall, I really liked this hotel. Beautiful decor, attractive rooms and welcoming staff. Be advised there are four floors with no elevator. I was the guy playing the piano on an informal basis. It looks beautiful in the middle of the lobby, a Chickering grand. But please take care of this instrument. It needs tuning and maintenance.

Beautiful and Funky boutique hotel, super friendly and attentive staff. Amazing location, 3-4 min walk to Polanco's main street for shopping and dining. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood.
