Stayed for one night on a weekend, looking for a quiet place to stay after a medical intervention. The staff were proactive in accommodating my needs, cordial, and communicative. The venue itself is already the talk of the town for its eclectic interior which somehow does not overwhelm. It is also very clean. For those with limited mobility, note that this is an old building with no elevator. On the flip side, all rooms' bathrooms have a feature which is very hard to find in Mexico; hand-held showers. Pro-tip: If you are staying for one night only, don't miss out on breakfast! Both the food and the setting make for an unforgettable experience.

Lovely stay, the service was great and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided a steamer for us when we needed to get our things wrinkle-free for a wedding and looked after our luggage on our final day as we went around the city exploring before our flight home. Our only note was the photos seemed a bit misleading from the room we booked which was a bit disappointing and the price could be lower as I would not pay the same price again to stay there again.

My wife and I had a terrific stay at this Polanco property. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable with lovely outdoor space’s to enjoy a cocktail or coffee. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is all you will need to start your day and there is complimentary tequila and beer in the lobby for an end of day drink. The rooms are simple but well maintained with large bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. I recommend staying on one of the upper floors.

The location was excellent if you wanted to spend most time in Polanco. If you wanted to be closer to all other areas such as city center, condesa, Juárez, roma Norte, it’s a 20-30 min car ride each way in traffic. Our first room (no. 1) was not great and we sled to be moved half way through our stay. It was cavernous, without much natural light, and very poorly lit. It is next to the laundry and the cleaning station so staff was outside our door starting early in the morning. The staff were pleasant and accommodated a room move. But at check in no one showed us around so we had no idea there was a garden on the first floor and a rooftop terrace with lovely seating until the end of our stay. There is no concierge service to speak of.
