Absolutely wonderful stay in a perfect location for exploring Snowdonia. The atmosphere was truly special. We loved the breakfast bags and the option to take them with us on the go. Richard was incredibly welcoming, helpful and gave us a great tip for a trip. We would definitely love to come back again.

The location was great, walking distance to the train station and short drive to two zip worlds and gorgeous waterfalls all around. Richard was very helpful and friendly. It is a nice quiet location. Takeaway breakfast was great, especially when heading off on some walks.

A few local restaurants pubs were closed so a bit limited as to where to eat for tea late on without driving. But this is no bad reflection on the property and the hosts as they were great.

Absolutely fabulous location; comfortable room bed n pillows comfortable, breakfast bag fabulous and catered for our needs as gluten free above and beyond, even Richard gave me a box of gluten free goodies for my journey home, lovley to have breakfast room to make hot drinks enjoy our breakfast bag and the view , n chat to other guests too .

All at guest house was fabulous,budget room but was amazing soo comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous location. Richard was so welcoming. Will definitely go back.
