1. Я не могу точно утверждать , но предполагаю что именно после джакузи в спа на 5 этаже у меня появилась сыпь на коже! И вообще со спа пора уже что то придумать - бассейн и джакузи ужасные 2. Завтрак у меня не был оплачен заранее и я хотела оплатить его при выезде на ресепшене. Мне не разрешили так сделать и потребовали оплату на месте - хотя деньги я оставила в комнате. Посмотрев на неубранные столы , я решила не возвращаться а позавтракать в другом месте . Утро испортили 3. Меня заселили в 15:30!!!! Я вообще рассчитывала на раннее заселение но с 13 часов сидела на ресепшене 😞 Я бы дала отелю жирные 4 звезды ⭐️

When we camd back from a journey the room was not clean It is tje first time that in a five star hotel the room was dirty When i phone to the recepltion there was no answer I also made a reservation for another nigjt by booking Nteakfast wad mot included I do not remember that In tje morning they charged almost 70 us dollars for eatimg If i knew that i would not eat I went from the hotrl witj a bitzer feeling And this is sftet i enjoyed very much

The rooms are very spacious. The view is the best in the city. Before this hotel, we stayed at the Sheraton, and the difference is huge. The Sheraton is simply a 3* in every respect. The Fairmont is gorgeous, starting from the lobby.

The breakfasts are very poor, not up to the standard of a luxury hotel. Perhaps in the summer, their breakfasts are more luxurious. The spa area is nice, but the pool/jacuzzi is loaded with chlorine, which stings your eyes after spending a couple of hours indoors.
