Cosgrove Inn

Good parking, very close to town, restaurants and Pubs and friendly helpful owners. Decent breakfast and Swindon winning 2-0 made for a very good time.

Good contact with the hotel prior to arrival. Shown room which was perfect for our needs. Tv didn't function so we were moved to another room which was better than the first!! Got a good nights sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay at the Cosgrove again.

Cledn, tidy and for an overnighter does what it says on the tin.

For the price unbelievable value . Perfect for what we needed , close to shops and parking included .

The property is excellent value for money and I would recommend for a short stay

Scunthorpe is really grim and run down. Nowhere to eat good food after 5pm ! I never had a wink of sleep as there was comings and goings and banging all through the night. Turns out the room nextdoor had been booked by a ‘lady of the night’. FUMING. Shame as rooms are clean, warm & comfortable. I was told by staff that she was using it for 2 nights and had been booked and paid for !! Guys at breakfast hadn’t slept either but had stayed week before and said it was fine then. Shame really.

Room was clean & simple and was a fair cost. Great breakfast Very helpful staff. Free off road parking at rear of property. Own front door key for ease of access.. Downside was couldn't access the WiFi.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was very close to the town centre. The room was great. The only issue was I’d booked a double but got a twin. But it was all fine. The room was very nice with an en suite shower and toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities. The price also included breakfast which was lovely. Cooked breakfast and cereals and juice. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. And will definitely be staying again myself.
