Casa dos Reis

Functional, clean accommodation with the amazing ocean view. The surrounding is so peaceful and quite. We lived in one of the studios. It has everything what you would need for the comfortable longer stay (incl. all the stuff for cooking, shared washing mashine). The host is very kind and responsive! The road to the property is quite steep, so be sure to have a powerful enough car to go up the hill ;) Highly recommended!!

The location is a bit too far from some of the key hiking areas. Most of the time you need to drive through Funchal.

Everything was very good. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is big and has a nice view. The host provides you with very clear instructions to get to the accommodation.

We were welcomed with a cheese and meat platter and a bottle of wine. Our host was very helpful with everything. We especially enjoyed the ocean views and relaxing by the pool.

The accommodations are beautiful and well equipped. The host was very helpful and had everything prepared for us, even warning us about road closures due to a rally.

The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you'd need. The terrace was great and the view of the ocean was stunning. Our host was very easy to communicate with and always replied promptly. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay. We would definitely come back again.

We arrived late at night, and Paula made every effort to accommodate us. It's an amazing view, and the accommodation is nice and compact. The bed is comfortable and it's a very nice, spacious bathroom.

Very clean and cosy, great looking studio, quiet and with a great view over the ocean. All needed facilities and heated swimming pool. And, of course, Paula, very nice and accommodating, providing clear and helpful check-in instructions.
