Staff and only the reception person was courteous.

View in pictures vs. reality is worlds apart, towels were badly worn out, linen not clean. Bedsheet had hair and dust present. Towels felts as if they were vintage, nothing special about the property including view and parking facilities. Had to park out on the road. AC remote non functional, tea set was present with no kettle in room. NOT WORTH IT. NOT WORTH UPTO TO THE RATINGS. Hate beung deceived by a business, this was a deception 0/10.

We like the room and the terrace

The rates are very high and the location is very weird the Wi-Fi are not working in the TV they have not recharge any rupees channel only local channels are there the rooms rate are not worth the toilets are not clean and smell is coming

The different varieties of rooms and suites.

Service was okay, but the place did not meet our expectations at all. The rooms' maintenance, cleanliness and amenities does not do justice to the price of the rooms they are charging. The food served in the Oasis cafe was also not good. Overall a really bad experience!!
