Nothing like any thing about this property.

Very Disappointing with the cleanliness of the property. Some times water supply also stops. For aged persons it is absolutely not advisable. Way between main road to hotel is very danger. No once want to go again there. they do not bother to repair it. Bad sheets and other toiletries are worst. Very poor in all sence. Dont choose this property.

I liked the location and view from the balcony. The surrounding was quite and comfortable.

The service was very poor, on our check out day I asked for 2 tea and 1 sandwich at 8 am. And I received the order at 9:30, after going to hotels kitchen several times as no one from reception or kitchen is picking the phone. And we were the only guest that day.

The Room Size was the only positive. I can not find any other that I can say I liked. Vikas and Chandan were two staffs I want to mention who kept the hotel livable for a while.

The worst was the location. One has to walk upto 300 meters with the entire luggage to arrive at the reception, then walk some more to arrive at the room. Located on a hilltop, there is no parking, except two wheelers, you can not approach the hotel. Even Google had difficulty in identifying the hotel. The room provided was quite big,in fact so big that the heritage AC was unable to cool it in the sweltering heat of Indian Summer. The AC was modified to remain fixed at 25 degree celsius and the grandfather AC was unable to arrive at that temperature. On day one, the room, the corridors all were covered with dust. The staff cleaned it only after repeated reminders. The Grandfather TV did not work till our departure, which we had to prepone by one day due to the conditions. There was no breakfast included and there was no concept of veg non veg differentiation amongst the kitchen staff. Worse still, due to the location of the hotel, there was no other option for food nearby. The hotel may be good for individuals who want solitude at Rishikesh, but definitely not for common Indian Family man travelling with family.
