Lokalizacja obiektu blisko lotniska, ok 35 min piechotą, droga prowadzi przez pole. Daleko od centrum, kursuje autobus. Obiekt bezpieczny zamykana brama. Gospodarz mówi po angielsku, bardzo pomocny przy zameldowaniu wszystko wyjaśnił i udzielił informacji. Śniadania przygotowane bardzo wcześnie - to typowe włoskie na słodko. Pokój minimalistyczny ale bardzo czysty, ręczniki, suszarka, kosmetyki, czajnik i lodówka w pokoju.
