Very nice place for 3 nights. Good service with friendly staff and nice pool.

There was no hot water at night nor in the following morning

The location is good for an overnight stop. Check in was good and reception was friendly.

Breakfast for 8am on weekends is a bit late for those that are stopping over and want to travel out by the earliest hour. I asked if I could take it on the go but they said could not do that for me. I left the place exactly when the breakfast was opening up.

The blind on the only small window in the room couldn't be drawn up because it faced the main thoroughfare for guests to the reception area. The room was a dark cave during the day - unforgivable in sunny Namibia. The host agreed to supply gluten-free bread when I booked, but did not and had only excuses - no apologies - although she supplied it the following day. Most of the coffee mugs were chipped. Had to ask for toilet paper in the room on day 2. Sleep-deprived on night one because the walls were so thin and all we could hear all night was people talking and rumbling plumbing as everyone used their bathrooms. The head board's top edge jutted out dangerously mid-head/neck height - easy to hurt yourself - and it was fixed very amateurly at a broken point. The bathroom window fitting was broken so it afforded no privacy - despite it being right next to the main guest thoroughfare to reception. And despite booking.com's intimation that one only paid at the end, the host immediately asked for payment. I felt manipulated - especially considering what came after that. Margarine, not butter, but that's just me.

I liked the friendly service of all staff, the breakfast was good, the room was comfy and clean.

Getting off the premises as it is located in a very busy street. No restaurant for supper
