Aircon in room was broken and made a lot of noise

No microwave to warm up

The excellent service provided by the staff. They are very accommodating.

The friendliness of the staff

Telling me the aircon is working and we are going through a heatwave. The aircons is not suitable for the size of that room. The breakfast was included but not up to standard.

The tranquility and the helpful ladies

Because of the greens, the mosquitoes were just too much. Maybe just have Doom in the rooms

The location was good as we had to go to the airport early to catch our flight. Although the building was old, it was well kept. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area. The staff was very friendly.

We booked 3 rooms and one was undergoing some repair so the guest had to use our shower. It would have been good to have a hair dryer in the room. The breakfast was good. An idea: as the breakfast is included in the price guests should maybe have the option of a packed breakfast if they need to leave early.
