Nothing. Our stay there was a nightmare.

Dirty, old, scratched headboard, there was not hot water in the shower, chips in the ceiling, we were 3 and the one that slept in the sofa did not have even a pillow (just a cushion), we had to pay for the towels, we asked for a cancelation and it was no possible. They said to booking.com that we did not talk with them on this regard and it was not true. Worst experience ever!

The location was good. The swimming pool was well maintained and nice. It was reasonably quiet.

There was no WiFi in our room at all for the entire week. One of the two beds was very uncomfortable. There was no-one at reception a lot of the time.

On arrival we tried to access the wi fi , this became a problem, it just wouldn’t work, our host who wasn’t very friendly tried connecting our devices in our room but couldn’t. She then blamed our devices for not working, saying all 200 other devices in the building were working. This was not true as we asked the people in the room next door and they said “ the wi fi won’t work for anyone in the rooms sometimes it works by the pool, they were part of a group with several rooms “. When we told the host this she just laughed at us. We then asked for a refund so we could find accommodation with wi fi, she stated “the wi fi is free your not paying for it” Go Figure!!!!
