Everything. This place is my worst experience with booking, ever! In a word, this is a scam, do not stay here. I paid 846€ for 4 nights and I feel robbed. We were supposed to have an appartement with a nice terrace as reflected in the pictures of Cristal Blu property and it was not the case. We ended up with a tiny disgusting balcony with a noisy street view. No separations with neighbors, and constantly in the sun… We were not able to eat on this balcony once or even just to just have a coffee because of the heat. When we arrived I kindly asked the staff to change appartement because it was not what I paid for, and they refused… well, they accepted but told me that I would have to pay for the cleaning fees (70€) once again while I already paid them. A shame! I of course refused. When I showed the pictures of the appartement we got to the manager to compare them with those they put on bookings she had the nerves to tell me “mam, of course I am not gonna put those pictures on booking, otherwise nobody will come!” Whaa… By the way I wonder what the cleaning fees are for when nobody came even once to do some cleanings, and when we have to take care of the garbages ourselves… + The wifi does not exists, the walls are thin as hell so the place is really noisy, I don’t even talk about the noise coming from the street. No plug in the kitchen, I had to unplug the TV to make some coffee, no towels, no parking, no staff to help you during the day, outrageous check-in and check-out scheduling times. Oh yes, the swimming pool have strict opening hours. Please think twice before booking here, it is so not worth the money you will put in. Once again it is the baddest experience I had while travelling with booking and I traveled a LOT.

We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we had to purchase everything and then clear everything out at departure. We did not see a coffe machine… that would have been nice to have. Finally, the sink was not draining and upon arrival we addressed the problem with the administrator but this was never fixed. Overall, we had a nice experience.

5pm check in is terrible especially when check out is between 9 am and 10 am which means you lose a whole day. The rules are far too many for someone trying to relax. Restrictions on times of using the pool, also you get charged 20 Euro extra per day for cleaning and no one comes to clean. You also have to take your own rubbish out. No towels provided unless you pay and from memory it’s ten euro per towel.
