Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar y lo reconfortante de la cama

Es una casa adaptada para hotelito familiar. Excelente ubicación, cuartos limpios, excelente agua caliente. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Si, ls cuartos son un poco frios pero así es toda la ciudad. Muy amable la pareja de dueños.

en los pasillos hay leve olor a gato por la mascota y el perrito pero en los cuartos no molesta, y estan nítidos y muy limpios.

Owners were accommodating and caring, working to make sure needs were met.

The host was fantastic! I had a very short stay (checking in around 7:30 pm and then checking out around 4:45 am for a hike the next day). They were very accommodating and helpful. A lot of care obviously goes into their hotel.

The hosts are very warm and kind people.

There was nothing to dislike.

As other guests mentioned, the owners Edgar and Ody were wonderful hosts and they really made me feel at home, though traveling to the city and the country itself was first time for me, I felt secure and comfortable at this property. Edgar went an extra mile to find a place I had to go but couldn't find it on a map; huge thanks to him since I was able to meet the people I supposed to be meeting. The room itself was compact but clean, quiet, and well equipped, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location was good, it's in a walking distance to the Central Park, there were plenty of cafes in the neighborhood.

Nothing really----the weather in Quetzaltenango was much cooler than the other cities like Guatemala City and Antigua. It got little chilly at night, I should have asked for an extra blanket.

The location in the old city is good. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The only down side was the hot water, which was not working early in the morning.
