Location was great price was low ans staff were nice.

Rooms smelled, was hair all over pillows, toilet wouldn't flush, was cheap tho 68 a night ao guess I got what I paid for.

I liked the location and the staff I encountered were kind.

Pool was cloudy and the floor was filthy. Parts of the room were not great. For instance, the bathroom door frame was brown and rotten in areas and the “cabinet” under the bathroom sink was unfinished and had bare concrete with an old used wash cloth in it.

The location was decent access to Dollywood.

Well first off a lot of non refundable money was spent just for my room to have mold, carpet beetles and missing lightbulbs!! But the worst of my experience is I had contacted the property in advance because my grandmother who has had multiple strokes and cannot walk well and made them aware I needed an accesible room and was told this wouldn’t be an issue and upon arrival I was told that we had to take stairs no matter what to access our room. I asked if we could be moved into an accessible room and was told they don’t have accessible rooms which according to ADA laws is illegal if that’s true. At this point I asked for a room even if it’s a downgrade that is accessible by elevator even if it wasn’t necessarily a handicap room and was told no.
