Room is excellent with bath

The hotel was in a very pretty neighborhood and the rooms are really nice almost posh. It is definitely a unique hotel.

The carpet could have been cleaner and is long overdue for an exchange. And the wifi was very patchy. One night the wifi did not work at all.

The room has a nice style, big room and bathroom and comfortable bed. Parking on the premise is a plus! However, the room does need upkeep. There's stains on the furniture, walls and carpet. Plus mold in the bathroom. Such a shame because the room could look so much better!

Felt unhygienic due to lack of upkeep. The neighbouring rooms can be heard, so it might be noisy.

The decor was very nice.

Even though the decor was lovely, it was also tired. It could have done with a lick of paint and some more cleaning really. Also, being self service and not getting access details until 30 minutes before we were due to arrive was a little anxiety inducing as we hadn't been to the property before. However, we did manage to successfully enter with the details provided.

Easy check in (though I had to request the specific entry instructions) and secure parking. Quiet location, good sized room, well stocked with towels, robes, water, tea/coffee. Handy for the local area and Ubers around the city.

It took a 10 minute phone call to locate some really poorly positioned light switches (crazy!) but super-helpful staff who got to the bottom of the problem.

Lovely high end design. Very cosy and quiet room on the top floor.

Found the bed and pillows too firm and didn’t have a great sleep. Communication was clear but could have come a bit sooner rather than an hour before check in.
