Pool Breakfast Location

We understand it is an older property but that does not mean maintenance work and cleanliness should not be taken care of. The room needed quite a bit of maintenance work and it was not clean (blinds, carpet, door,, walls). The garden needed some care and around the pool needed some work to the bottom of the pool and the slabs around the pool.

"Extremely Disappointed by Heartless and Inflexible Service"

Very disappointed with my experience at Candlelight Inn. I had to cancel my reservation due to a genuine emergency, and despite explaining the situation and having my booking platform reach out to them, the staff refused to offer any flexibility or compassion. They denied my request without empathy or even a reasonable explanation. I visit Napa frequently and was looking forward to staying here, but after this experience, I will never return—and I’ll be telling friends and family to avoid this place as well. Hospitality should be about more than just rigid policies; it should include basic decency and understanding, especially in unforeseen situations. Plenty of other options in Napa will actually care about their guests. I recommend staying elsewhere.
