My husband and I travel a lot for work. This has been the first time that we have encountered such horrible service. We initially reserved for 14 days (during those 14 days we went away for 4). When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all. We opted to take their apologies and didn't leave. We rebooked an additional 7 days and explained that a deep cleaning was needed (clean bathroom, vacuum carpet, change bed sheets). Instead of cleaning, we received bed bug bites all over our bodies and had to rush out of there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with their housekeeping!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The breakfast bar was over the top! Anything you would want was on there! The coffee was excellent. Staff helpful and always welcoming and friendly! Had an excellent stay! Thank-you!
