Staybridge Suites - Johnson City by IHG

It was great having a full sized fridge, cooktop and microwave. They even had a light meal on Mon-Wed evenings ! Was a little hard getting extra towels for our one week stay.

The hotel was great food was amazing. Assistance was bad. Staff was horrible. No one was on the same page at all

The property was exceptionally clean this time. We’ve been there many times in the past and there were times when it seemed to be somewhat neglected and not as kept as it had been originally. During this stay we were very pleasantly surprised to see both the inside and outside being maintained and looking clean and fresh. We even saw a worker touching up paint scuffs on one of the hallways.

Parking can sometimes be hard to come by when the hotel is busy and full. The juices at breakfast were very watered down and the food was sometimes a bit cold. But overall it wasn’t bad.

Great quiet place to stay. Great breakfast. My ONLY gripe is they allow pets, (& I like dogs) but they can be unruly sometimes.

A very nice hotel. The main drawback was the lack of a lid on the toilet seat. I suppose this makes it easier to clean but it's unsanitary to have no lid.

I have a bad back, so I bring my own chair to sit in because the sofa in the room is uncomfortable for me.

The staff was very unprofessional and not helpful, the facility was less than clean, the . I asked to extend my stay for one night. The lady at the front desk at the time told me i would have to check out and then make another reservation and check back in tomorrow. So i just went and got another room at a different hotels and you can be sure we will never be staying with you again.

Great room at an affordable price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again
