This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina grande is closed from Mon 07 Oct 2024 until Tue 15 Apr 2025 Piscina piccola is closed from Mon 07 Oct 2024 until Tue 15 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Heating is at a surcharge of EUR 5 per m³

In a stunning location this is a fabulous place to stay, rooms clean, comfortable and host is very friendly & helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough! Fantastic!

The house is in the middle of the nature, so if you like a relaxing vacation far away from city noise and civilization, it’s the perfect choice.

It was pretty cold (which is understandable, since the house is from stone) and you must pay for the heating extra (not cheap!).

"Best way to experience Tuscany"

A truly Tuscan experience. Atmospheric flats in a beautiful traditional guesthouse surrounded by magnificent views close to many charming towns. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Andrea and Andrea are wonderful and dedicated hosts. Highly recommended.

"A lovely stay in Tuscany"

Thank you for having us in your location. It was a great experience to live couple of days in this rocky house, specific for Tuscany. The apartment we lived in has a big kitchen with everything needed, a bathroom and a large bedroom. We really appreciated the coffee and the cantuccini. We went on March and inside the appartment was cold, but we like having 18 degrees inside, so for us it was not a problem. I like that we were notified that an extra charge for the heating will be applied. It's also written on the description of the location. The house has a lovely garden with pools and barbeque for the warm season. The landscape is breath taking. The check-in was very fast and the host very kind.

The location and building were incredible. Andrea was a great host who did an amazing job of showing us the ropes without a word or English, and also directed us to some fantastic places like Volterra and the Chianni Bistro restaurant.
