This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina grande is closed from Mon 07 Oct 2024 until Tue 15 Apr 2025 Piscina piccola is closed from Mon 07 Oct 2024 until Tue 15 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Heating is at a surcharge of EUR 5 per m³

"Spacious cozy house with beautiful surroundings"

The farm is located among lush green hills and offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The rooms were more spacious than expected; the garden is beautiful, and the owners-really nice.

The internet connection was unstable, at times it simply disappeared and there’s very poor cell phone reception at this particular location so we couldn’t use our cell phone data instead.

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere, among the hills of Tuscany. Perfect if you want peace and quiet, but also with good connection to cities like Piza and Florence (40-50 min. drive). I would love to come back some day for a longer stay.
