Chalet San Pedro

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and had all the basic necessities available. The 2 bathrooms were definitely a plus, as it is common to only find 1 bathroom in rental units. It is a safe location as well. We will definitely stay here again if we need to visit Fajardo. It is a safe location as well.

The apartment was not available and I was told about it when I was in front of the gate. Im still waiting for the refund.

New buildings/apts, nicely decorated. When I called the office with a question, the woman answering only spoke Spanish and had to find someone who spoke English. We got towels but no hand towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen towels or cloths to wash dishes with. When I asked about this, he pointed me to the paper towels that were provided. And said "Oh, no, you have to provide your own wash cloths!" like that was a silly assumption. And then the beds only had a fitted sheet on the bottom with a bedspread - no top sheet! Maybe that's standard in Puerto Rico but surprising when everything else was so top notch. It also was a little difficult to only get the checkin info after the room was clean and ready for our checkin. My phone doesn't do email well but that was the only option for getting info.

nice two bedroom condo, clean and comfortable. 4 flights of stairs, no elevator, and the usual rooster in the early mornings, but nice. Great views, and terrace on roof for 360 views.

Large room, two bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen and we had a private rooftop patio! (We were on the top floor) Hotel felt safe, had a remote activated gate, parking was easy. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean, beautiful decorated and accompanying... What I didn’t like is: very hard to find the place at night and the person in charge was not helpful and mean ....and not was not willing to help us to find the location or give us directions even so we were tired and desperate....the GPS was taking us all over the place and couldn’t locate it also ....

This is basically an apartment, you have everything you need to be comfortable for a few days. Large fridge is broken but there’s a smaller one working. There’s towels, toiletries and dishes if you want to cook. The are is gated which makes it safe, and you have 2 assigned parking spaces right when you enter the premises. The people in charge of running are communicative and help if you need it. We stayed for 8 days and no one cleaned or came by within that time so make sure you do. Also they have a washer and dryer which is very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

It was really nice and well decorated. The bed sheets however needed some cleaning.
