Oceanfront Penthouse

You'll be hard-pressed to find an apartment so spacious, comfortable and welcoming in such a perfect spot in Muizenberg / St James. The facilities and furnishings are modern while still featuring older elements, like beautiful high ceilings and wooden floors. It has all the kitchen equipment as well as a smart TV for those downtime days. It's on Main Road overlooking the ocean - a view you never tire of. A 5-minute walk to St James tidal pool and then onto Kalk Bay, which of course has plenty of interesting shops and reatuarants. In the opposite direction you can walk to Muizenberg central and beach. The staff manning the WhatsApp line was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly.

Wonderful location with a garage, the downside is, it is right on a very busy road, but all worked ok in the end. It is a lovely property, perhaps with original features, wooden floors and single glazing. Floors creaking a bit, could do with more bedside mats. Very well equipped. The lady who let us in was incredibly helpful and friendly. Beautiful view,

Stairs and steepness to access property and carry belongings up. Worth it though

Amazing location with a beautiful view. We loved the layout and the master bedroom has a fireplace which was very nice. It was also nice to be able to lock up our car in the small garage.

The only thing that we did not like about this place was the master bed. It squeaked super loud with even a slight movement and we woke each other up several times a night. The mattress is so old and worn out that we both woke up every morning with sore backs. We were glad we were only there for a week.

De locatie lekker in slaap vallen met het geluid van de oceaan. Centraal gelegen, met uber kan je alle kanten op vanaf hier. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

Je weet wat je boekt voor dit bedrag, en dat krijg je ook. Dus niets te klagen.

Superb location, beautiful views. Well equiped , spacious unit. Walking distance to shops and beach.

Getting in was a challenge. We had to have a grumpy neighbor unlock the front gate. After checkout the owner continually messaged me asking for personal information.
