The view !!! and the very comfortable , well equipped apartment

The steep stairs ! A bannister r we oils make a huge difference for us older folk

The view is quite magnificent. We were attending a wedding at Casa Labia, so it was close. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely book to stay again.

Unfortunately, the driveway is a little steep for older members to walk up, and the main road is busy, so you need patience getting in and out the garage, but the view makes up for this.

Lovely view, brilliant access to coastal walk for running, walking and swimming at St. James tidal pool

Noisy with road and tricky getting car in and out garage onto main road. But doable and not a reason not to go

Fully equipped kitchen Superb view Strong water pressure Wifi was satisfactory Walking distance from restaurants Heaters provided Bathtub is nice Host went extra mile to provide smaller utilities, example load shedding lights, extra blankets Clothing horse was a nice touch.

Would have preferred bigger towels(bath sheets) Need dustbins in all rooms We were made aware of uncontrollable parking difficulties, so it is understandable.

The view is absolutely amazing and the beds so comfortable with gorgeous linen. Location could be better close to beach, mountain, cafes, and shops.

Location location location. Could sit on the couch in the lounge and watch the sea. Amazing views. Saw whales in the distance. Letwin was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again if I get to the Cape

Beds in the 2nd bedroom are quite short for an adult man. Parking garage is not easy to access.
