Such a lovely stay! Exceptionally clean

The facilities are good for families Great Location Room was spacious

Will definitely stay at Chevron Again. Next time I will book directly with Hotel. Did not have a good experience with Q Stay and don't recommend booking through this company. Half the Chevron shopping centre is just empty shops.

Cleanliness was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. Communication with Coastal letting Co was absolutely appalling from start to finish. When we checked in, we had to wash all the dishes ourselves, clean the entire apartment, and even wash the sheets. This is completely unacceptable and not what you expect when booking accommodation. Very poor experience overall.

Property was not clean there was a dirty rusty razor left in the shower. The shower didn’t even have a door you could tell it had been removed. The dryer didn’t work I reported it and nothing was done about it so had to take 2 days to dry clothes. Was meant to be one big bed and 2 singles as advertised but was only 2 big beds. Have stayed at this hotel before but this was the first time staying in a private apartment and was very disappointed.

Ridiculous trying to find the location to collect keys , even though we received emails but after travelling with kids finding car park, then having to find the location away from hotel wasn’t not convenient for us. Prefer to get straight to hotel and check in on site Didn’t realise when booking this apartment this was going to be the only option.

We arrived to our apartment massive water leak coming through carpet in hall, we had the Smoke alarm going off all night on first night we submitted a maintenance and called at 7 am in the morning they told us they’d come through out the day, they didn’t arrive so we had to go buy batteries to stop the noise but this still didn’t make a difference we had to re call later after 5 pm when we returned and thank fully maintenance came with in ten minutes. Maintenance was great, very friendly and helpful and extremely sorry. We also had issue with water leak they were swift and bought in new wash machine the next morning and massive dryer to dry out carpet which was not convenient due to the noise and size of the machine that was then stuck in the hall way. We were not offered any compensation , when we went to reception on day of leaving to return of keys we never received any apology. Wasn’t the best feeling when we paid good money for a two bedroom apartment. Would have expected a room change especially after taking away the smoke alarm as it’s faulty and only left one in apartment for our duration. Not to mention the inconvenience for our whole 4 night stay.
