Aircon not working Was not very clean

Loved the overall location. The pool amenities are great. Our 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic.

Tower 1 was not easy to find. Maybe some info would be helpful. We spoke to many people whilst in their lifts, and most people had trouble. (We have stayed in Tower 2 before and it was much easier). As a lift not working in shopping centre accessing it wasn't as easy as Tower 2 was.The glasss table and coffee table had us all hitting the sharp corners as space had couches nearby. Not one sharp knife in utensils. Purchased one and left it for others.There are no lids on saucepans. Small details, but let me me tell you you can't do basic things without a sharp knife, i.e., cut a rockmellon with only a butter regular dinner knife! Also nearby coles downstairs or woolies don't sell them!. Having no knob on the dryer was difficult without strong fingers to work the remaining metal stalk. Having said all of that, we loved our stay, and the apartment and facilities were excellent. 😃

Outdoor pool area was pretty,

Stink in hall way from trash piled up on stairwell and rubbish Shute blocked, took over a day to fix, couldn't check in till after 6pm as property wasnt prepared as owners hadn't arranged cleaner to do room, broken doors on laundry cupboard, cigg butts everywhere outside every though no smoking, broken glass all through garden bed where kids can reach, leaving you need security to let you out, had to ask several times for this to happen, seperate saunas for male and female (cant go as a family or couple... no shared option) pictures on booking.com are very misleading. If it were not for ghe amazing cleaner we met there racing around to do her job, we WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED. She was amazing a huge thank you to her!!!

I liked the location and the shops underneath

The process to collect and return keys and finding the carpark was an absolute nightmare. The collection point needs a map on its own and the staff gave me the wrong carpark instructions which led me to being locked inside a carpark, panicking. Returning the keys was even worse and I had to express post the keys back once I returned home. I had a 14 hour drive to do and after an hour of trying to return the keys I gave up.
