Appartement avec des cafards, lave vaisselle qui fuit. Pas de climatisation. Vaisselle cassée. Et apparemment très bruyant

Location - central and close to everything.

The property has not been looked after. The kitchen, balcony and bathrooms were not clean. Dirty utensils in the kitchen, bathroom had a smell and balcony had stains. The parking was a pain. Welcome letter instructions had incorrect information about the parking level. The correct level is 4 and not level 3. Took us 1 hour to find the spot and when we tried contacting the emergency number for help, they weren't helpful and eventually stopped taking calls. On top of that, the cleaners were still at the property after 3pm, and we had to wait until around 3.30pm before we could actually enter the apartment. I have all evidence to prove the above issues raised.

Everything was good I like that it has 360 view of surfers paradise and the apartment was really clean and big

At the beginning it was hard finding the office, and it took a long time for you guys to respond to my messages and emails

Facilities were cool, like the pool for the kids they loved it.

My stay at this hotel was terrible from the start. I was told the room had a functioning air conditioner, but it didn’t work from the moment we checked in. It eventually shorted out, and the fire brigade had to come because of thick smoke and the burning smell. Despite raising the issue multiple times, management only sent in tradies, and the problem was never fixed. We were not moved to another room or offered any reimbursement, even after sending several emails to follow up. The room itself was in awful condition — dirty floors, moldy curtains, blackened walls, and blankets that were stained and unpleasant. It’s very clear that no feedback from previous guests has been taken seriously. I will never book with this company again and will only make reservations directly through hotels from now on. Very disappointed and would not recommend this property at all.
