Chevron Renaissance - Q Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was unbeatable — close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The beautiful lagoon pool and jacuzzi were the standout and made the stay feel like a real resort getaway. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again!

Location was great, close by to shops, trams and everything you need

The fact the pool was closed for maintenance and that the windows were not sound proof could hear all the traffic and people on the streets when sleeping

We were overall disappointed with the unit. It started from check in with the keys not being in the locked box as per instructions. Once we finally got the keys and we finally found the parking, the access card for the parking wouldn’t work. We were given instructions from the after hours service to get this rectified that were wrong. We finally got to the parking space and someone was in our allocated parking space. As recommended we took a photo and reported to security who did not care at all. The room itself was ok. It was clean. The single beds were comfortable however the large bed in the main room was so hard that we hardly slept for the 5 nights. For the money paid we had expected at least some basic cleaning items to be there. I had to buy cleaning cloths and dishwasher detergent and even garbage bags. The mop had no sponge pad on it. We did have a washing machine issue that was fixed quickly that we really appreciated. We will not be rushing back

This apartment is located, exactly where i needed, it was great for getting around Surfers and being in the resort, it had plenty to do when I was at the apartment.

Great central location. Great amenities. Clean.

The no contact checkin was a bit tricky for me. We got there though. Also a bit of a process to get maintenance to come look at our air con that was not working. Wi-Fi was very unreliable.
