Staff very good.

Winter hours meant that they weren’t serving food or drink on Mondays

The staff were fantastic they were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was immaculate and really made our stay special. The food was delicious and there was loads of it.

Was my first time back in 2 years, as heard it had changed ownership. The location and friendliness of the staff are second to none.

The bed was still uncomfortable - you could feel the frame through the mattres; the breakfast was at an inconvenient time, and while we could get a sandwich pre-made the night before - we wanted a hot breakfast which made us late for work 3 out of 4 days Last time we stayed there was no TV or Wi-Fi - this time it was just the TV, but the WiFi was slow and the TV was not fixed

Property was nice clean lots of quirky little spots throughout the pub

The only thing I can say about the property That is a whinge is bigger bath towel and better sausages for breakfast, but overall what a fantastic place

The breakfast, although not cooked, was excellent.

Might I suggest that you apply a similar level of imagination to the general food menu as you did to our breakfast. It would make such a difference to the attractiveness of the village to visitors.
